Homebrew Does anyone know about programming 3ds homebrew?

I need help with my project called: Spot3DS and Spot3DS Server
The app allows you to listen to Spotify on the 3DS

My idea is this:
The 3DS connects to the Spot3DS server e.g. with the URL: "IP: 560/json?search=Happier" then the 3ds receives the download url of the file back, which it then begins to download at the end of the file is then played

I need help with these things:

[ ] Implementing ffmpeg for video to mp3
[ ] Download video or mp3 to the sdcard
[ ] Play video or mp3
[ ] Artwork for banner(3d)
[ ] .cia file

I cant get it work to download files to the sdcard and i dont know how to make banners
