try jnus tool. all you need is the title id as the default apps are free/don't require a specific title key or anything.

I used theme manager and deleted the backup on accident

He’s not the only one that went full stupid theres A new Method said that I want to use. but I can’t because I got too excited for my new theme and forgot to press r to back up.
