So I know a bit of c++, but I've never dabbled into html directly. I'm attempting to make a web page that has no anesthetics whatsoever that sends a notification to my phone using chrome's built in notification system when somebody accesses the web page. If this isn't possible, if anybody has a better idea of using a website to ping my phone that would be awesome, thank you. I'm trying to use an in game web browser to ping my phone in the real world if anybody wants to know the reasoning.
