quick answer no, if yourr wii is not hacked, second answer. I dont know if 4.0 can have themes yet:/ but it looks like it sence hes loading iso's on the menu

My wii is hacked
Got preloader, cios rev 10, usb loader, all that good stuff.

And I've seen a few 4.0 themes
