Hacking does 10.4 kill downgrade?

And yeah, unfortunately for me, sleep mode doesn't evade the update. I suppose I'm supposed to permanently block Nintendo updates, right? Unfortunately, while on emuNAND a while ago, I was told that the system update was ready. I didn't do the update and was told that I can update in the settings later. Does this mean I'm in trouble? Lol.

No, it will never update without your permission.

You mean 10.3 Emunand backup and 9.2 sysnand backup?
Unless you have a hardmod you can't make a 10.3 (sys)NAND backup (correct me if i'm wrong!)
(Yes you can use a 10.3 EmuNAND to flash to your x.x sysnand, but i would not recommand that IF you have a 9.2 sys(NAND) backup)

Before i had downgrade to 9.2 i made a back up of the SynNand (10.3) and after the Downgrading i made a syn nand Backup from 9.2 (I have done this because i thought i break my SD Card with the nand back up from 10.3, furtunly the Mirco Card Adapter was only broke not the mirco SD card)
So i Have Both Nads From the SYN , the Emu nand ist 10.3 as well

Hard Mod mhh now way i dont know how i can do it.

Well, if you update, IronHax dies because of the home menu now forcing you to update before you play, but other than that, you should be fine. I hear the boot rate is worse, though.

This will first attempt to load the payload from SD, if that isn't successful it will then automatically download the payload for your system with HTTP. SD payload loading can be skipped if you hold down the X button. If you hold down the Y button, this will write the downloaded payload from HTTP to SD, if it actually downloaded it via HTTP.

The exact filepath used for the SD payload depends on your system. Since this app can handle writing the payload here itself, writing the payload here manually isn't really needed. Example SD filepath with New3DS 10.1.0-27U: "/hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-1-0-27-USA.bin". The Old3DS filepath for the same system-version and region as that example is the same, except that "OLD" is used instead of "NEW".

Silly me forgot to install some sort of cia installer to my emunand before updating it to 10.4
It seems that FBI does not work in 10.4 when launching it from the HB menu, can anyone confirm? (I'd rather not have to reformat my emunand, and re-download my games)

It's kinda annoying that I have the hb_launcher on my emunand, and ctrbootmanager as the boot.3dsx, and then it accidentally auto-sends me into a red screen (trying to boot rxtools/sys/code.bin) while I'm staring into space.

You just downloaded the 9.2 cia files and the tool to downgrade.

Like said before, you can't make a 10.3 NAND backup unless you have a hardmod in your (N)3DS(XL)
