Hacking does 10.4 kill downgrade?

If you're on an O3DS/O3DSXL/2DS and have rxTools 3.0 as your CFW than you can safely update the emuNAND with the stock System Settings updater.

As a Gateway user you should have a NAND backup, I think even an EmuNAND would work, you need to hardmod your 3DS and restore that backup.

My suggestion if you can't mod it. Just sell your 3ds and buy another one. there's like 100s of 3ds with 10.3 firmware and lower since 10.4 update is new.

The whole point of having an emuNAND is so that it can play unsigned software while still being able to have the latest FW.

unless you backed up your emunand using emunand tool, only way to get it working is, format your sd, and reinstall emunand and update emunand using 10.3 cias.

Hold L before go into ds profile and format emunand when you can boot into emunand just find some way to update to 10.3 again with 3dnus or sysupdater tutorial everywhere

You guys actually reminded me that I needed to redo my NAND dump because my first one has my NNID on it and that could cause issues later on (it was a pain during unlinking...)
