Dock USB port speeds for games question

Hey all! Out of the loop on the whole USB 3 thing on the switch.

One of the ports on the dock is usb 3. I still use SXOS for older titles in XCI format. Will you get better loading speeds when using an external drive in the USB 3 port rather than the 2x usb 2 ports? I know the usb3 port is limited in speed via software but was that addressed by FW 11?

Iirc the dock's firmware doesn't support USB 3 for some reason even though it has USB 3 hardware.

You wont really get any preformance benefits unless your drive just does not stand 2.0 ports. The dock supports it, but the switch has it disabled in firmware
