Does anyone bother repairing dock boards for the switch?
Got 4,
2 don’t do anything at all
1 has green light but no picture
1 has a flashing green light.

Replaced the T17 on all of them but made no difference ☹️

Don't really see people do dock repair here, you could look at a good working one, and compare to one that doesn't work see if any component missing.

I would recommend getting a working Board to use as comparison. It doesn't have that many chips and based on the failure, sometimes it is the board itself.

I've fixed quite a few. Make sure you have a docking switch to verify. Usually its ICs on board, flex cables, hdmi connector in dock or usbc connectors inside dock (Both).

My dock was burned by a short in the adapter that also burned. It was to repair it without knowing the damage or to obtain an alternative dock. I ended up buying this one, it's good, but be careful, in prolonged use the connection to the TV seems to flicker.
