ROM Hack Do we know anything about LFC_B?

Do we know what makes one legal, and yet makes them different from each other? If we had a dumping ground for localfriendcodes, maybe we can find ways to generate our own... Just food for thought.

I tried editing them before and pseudo-merging a few together while analyzing differences, but it never worked for me.

Everything is signed by Nintendo, I doubt anyone or anything can make a tool that could generate these things. I also do not know if it will be possible to edit them.

Mabe if we could emulate a different 3ds systems we could figure something out.Mabe something with citra perhaps?
