Homebrew Do the majority of emulators on the DS support auto-patching?

If not, do any? For example, how would I go about patching a GB ROM hack like this* if Lameboy doesn't do so automatically?

Lameboy does support patched roms, but you need to patch the rom with a ips patcher, but it should play just fine on Lameboy after you patch the rom
