Hardware Do screen protector's take away from 3D?

I myself like the hori brand, been using it since the original DS. Never had any problems with them and they last a very very long time.

EDIT: and they dont take away the 3d

No personal experience, but knowing how light works, it would work fine with the protectors.

Also, I'm pretty sure they would not even make screen protectors if it ruined the 3D.

I have the clear type on my Dsi XL and it's worked fine, but haven't given the matte/anti-glare a try yet.

I tried the anti-glare protector on my phone. They scratch very easily. I don't know if it's because it's anti-glare or whether the material is just poor quality. Since then, I have chosen not to go with anti-glare types.
