I was changing things at my SD at pc when i turned ON my Wii, and then it goes directly to Health Screen, jumping Bootmii. Is this suppoust to work like that? And if it is, is it bad/good?! Thanks in advance and sorry about anything.

It is normal. You need to use an SD card with the BootMii files on it, which were created during the installation, to start BootMii.

It's supposed to work like that. The idea is that BootMii will check for an SD card with BootMii on it or else boot the Wii menu. That way it will work like a normal Wii, but you'll be able to directly boot into the Homebrew Channel or restore it with a special SD card.

Boot2 is pretty small. There's no way the whole menu could fit into that. The files are on your SD card in the folder called BootMii.
