You can technically use the dns browser trick and save it as a game, but not really. You can go to the home menu without losing it and its just a lot easier to use.
1. change both your dns settings (primary and secondary) to 045.055.142.122
2. Save and exit the settings.
3. Now launch a game that uses the internet (like a leaderboard or something)
4. If done right the switch should send you to the secret internet browser.
Since you're doing it in the game, it counts as one, so you can just go to the home menu without losing everything.
