Homebrew DLC from cia dissapeares?

So I installed a cia of DLC for Streetpass Mii Plaza. After a little while it dissapeares. It has nothing to do with turning the 3DS off. this has happened multiple times. help.

Is that legit bought DLC? if not, have you been going into the theme shop or eshop when you are using Mii plaza?

also, if i encrypt the cia but it is reigon-free, will it become legit?

no. the only way it ever is legit is from buying the content yourself.

okay. so enterint the eShop makes the DLC dissapear?
