The get 50 items code isn't working. Please recheck it. It works with new items but if i drop something from my bag it won’t

mhm maybe you need to fix it ... there seems something wrong with my code
someone who plays the game online should hand Khuong his full save including BCAT file
but i doubt you can enable the items
in Monster Hunter Rise, we had to use a RomFS mod file to unlock items locked behind Online

No, game won't recognize as valid value and you would have to hack the server to able to modify the real value.
Same issue with PC and even if moonstone cheat works, you wouldn't able to redeem more than real value that you earn in legit way. If you have 2,000 legal moonstone (known as real value) and you try to use cheat to increase to 8,000, so you go redeem until 2,000 is used up and game will said you have insufficient moonstone as game see 6,000 extra moonstone as null.
