Actually with creative mode on switch now you don’t really need cheats unless you prefer to play regular mode. To change to creative mode, go to the save load screen and tap the gear icon to the right. Tap game modes and tap creative mode. The menu lets you spawn in anything you can think of and give yourself money etc

Or if you prefer, the game allows multiple saves so you could do one of each, normal and creative.
