hb-bootstrap isn't stable when it comes to booting ROMs.

Now that I have everything working fine, followed all the instructions, have the newest update of TWLoader, I have a problem with Pokemon heartgold I play it and all but when I change scenes and I go to different places, the screen comes black and the game never loads again!

You'll need an AP patch for HeartGold from here.

I just downloaded TWLoader and I'm using Mario Kart DS as my donor rom. However, It gives me an error screen whenever I try to boot up either Pokemon Platinum or HeartGold.
Does anybody knows what's going on?

Ok a friend provided me a Rom of Mario Kart DS, what are the benefits by selecting it as a donor rom? (Also how do you check what donor rom is being used and stuff) And this cart speed is obtained by using a physical game instead of the rom itself??

I mean, Games like Ridge Racer gets a Red screen..opposed as the compatibility list which says that it works perfectly :/

That entry in the list is outdated, as it's last tested on nds-bootstrap 0.4.0.

What about the increase (perhaps) of compatibility? like better framerate, loading and you know stuff

I just thought it required the Cartridge given the case

Ah heck, i also updated both the Nds-Bootstrap and Twloader in the program itself and set them with the release build

You mean performance?
Donor ROMs don't do anything to performance.

I am updating TWLoader through the .CIA and I am in a hotel and their wifi has extra stuff you have to do, so of course my 3ds can't connect to it, and I am using my hotspot, it has been almost 20min, I have LTE, and it shows that I have only used 655KB, and it doesn't seem to be doing anything... Have I done something wrong?
EDIT: It does not seem to be using up anything now...

It might've failed to update.
Try a manual CIA install.

Yes. I'm using EmuNAND and the latest build of TWL. The Mario Kart ROM doesn't seem to work as well :/
