You can't use a custom booter. You have to use the original.

I'm trying to play a game from the SD card marked as compatible but I get a white screen. Do in need to install nds-bootstrap separately, or am I doing something else wrong?

Make sure bootstrap is up-to-date. Also, make sure MKDS is set as donor ROM. If not, check the instructions in the first post.

Any support for gba rom hacks on the included gbarunner2? I tested it with a SRAM-patched one, it seemed to boot fine at first (showing the GB logo) but then it froze on a blank screen. The gba bios.bin is on the sd root

TWLoader doesn't convert things to DSiWare nor does it have the capabilities of it.

You might be looking for this, which supports homebrew properly.
If you want to run it in TWLoader, you'll have to wait for the next version.

So I was playing Rhythm Heaven (it's compatible with 6.0), and there is this one minigame called Fan Club. It requires tapping the touchscreen fast multiple times in a row. However, when I play it on TWLoader, the touchscreen does not respond when I tap fast. Is there a fix for this or is it just the game?

Is there lagging? If so, that may be the problem.

There is lagging, but it goes away after playing the minigame a second time. When I play Fan Club without lag, it still does not work.

Yeah. Although, it the sound my rarely crackle. I can tap the screen at a steady rate (like twice per second), but when I try to do it more, it does not respond. I then have to wait a second for it to respond again, and it still does not work. I tried calibrating my touchscreen, and it works fine on 3ds games.
