Tried with Tetris DS (JP), but it seems that the game freezes after the credits screen instead of going back to the main menu.

Also for Tetris DS (THQ), it seems to work at first but freezes (only the sound the playing) after a short period of time.

For Tetris Party Premium (JP), it doesn't load at all.

without Donor ROM none of them works.

(don't ask about why I tested 3 tetris games)

Have you tried them with Mario Kart set as your donor ROM, then?
Sorry for being unclear, but the results i listed ARE the results with donor ROM set. Just that they all seem to require donor ROM as opposed to what the compability list seem to suggest, that only some games need donor ROM.

You mean set as 'force use' donor ROM, or just having set the donor? Setting the donor rom is what allows (some of) the games to save, I believe, and is part of the install steps to get the loader working. Once you set MKDS as donor rom, any game set as use/force use will use it to save (as I understand it. I may be way off.)

Couldn't really get this app to work. Could only get NSMB to work and stage 1-2 had a weird sound bug that was only temporarily, then it went away. Also, it took awhile between screens, longer than usual. This wasn't a problem the next time I booted up the ROM.

Yeah, it should.
A future nds-bootstrap version should fix that.
I don't get why half of the DS ROMs still won't boot up? I thought the 3DS was BC with all (if most) DS games, unless this is running off of software emulation and not hardware emulation.

What does BC stand for?
Also, it's neither emulation. It's not emulation at all, as stated in the first post.
ROMs are run natively in NTR/TWL mode.
nds-bootstrap doesn't work with all ROMs. It's still WIP.
