Use this version of the bootstrap, it presumably doesn't need manual arm9 decompression anymore

It still doesn't play most games, it just automated the arm9 decompression.

It isn't needed for NTR/TWL mode. No sound on WarioWare is normal for now. The christmas release will fix some stuff.

Patching isn't done in real (run) time, but rather immediately before execution.
The ARM9 speed doesn't affect anything. The additional latency is because of the ARM9 and ARM7 communication, and tate the ARM7 is a bit slower.

Actually I experimented faster loading times when TWL clock is enabled.

That's right and something expected, but what I mean is that TWL clockspeeds won't be enough to offset the additional loading times entirely since it's a somewhat unrelated issue.

If sound effects aren't playing, try redumping the DSP firm.

I tried both DSP dumpers but they both appear to freeze my 3DS on the homebrew menu. Maybe it did something and I didn't notice, I'll also try letting them sit longer.

YSMenu already works without a flashcard, but roms can't be run, because DLDI is unsupported by YSMenu.
If we're not going to use a flashcard, we don't need YSMenu.
