It worked fine for me, last time I tried.

From my testing it only works if you also have the CIA installed (and the TWL parts of course).

Got a blue error screen I'd never seen before and crashes at a white screen. Oh well. Worth a try. So much for that plan to transfer a Stunky and Dialgia over to my legit Pearl copy.

WiFi doesn't work right in nds-bootstrap, due to it still being in TWL mode.
