Hacking [Disc auto start when right pressed] preloader?

Do I press right on the D-Pad on the wiimote as the Wii boots up to directly boot to disc? I don't understand. Can you guys clear it up for me

It's apparently Right on GC-Pad in slot 4 (or 1, i dunno for sure).

its slot 4, and thank you no one seems to know the answer to that one. It will also be a pain in the butt to have a GC controller in slot 4 at all times when wanting to auto-boot a disc
