Hacking Disable Per-Game Update Notifications

So I decided to get the 3ds version of Puyo Puyo Tetris and use Luma's built in patching to apply the translation patch. It works, but because the game got an update and I couldn't find any cias with the update, it constantly nags me to update (which I CANNOT DO on an American 3DS since it's a Japanese game). Any way to disable this? No, do not tell me "get the update and install it". I tried. I cannot find it ANYWHERE on the Internet.

I have the same issue with patches for games that only work on the NON-updated version. I need to spoof their version so Nintendo doesn't prompt me to update
