Hacking DIOS MIOS Wad safe?

Not sure if this is in the right category (new here) but I was wondering if DIOS MIOS is safe?

Im using that guide to play GC games on my 4.3U Black Wii and want to know if it's safe. I don't want to brick my Wii and I was told WADs can be dangerous.

Just read the guide 2x before advancing
I had the same problem when im first doing it and asked ppl if its safe lol and its safe.
Btw im using old white Wii 4.1

But before anything do a NAND Backup if u r lucky enough to have bootmii as boot2

Ha yea it works for me but i did it from a different guide XD
Dunno abt GBATemp guide lol
But i was really scared while installing WAD coz i havent got a NAND backup but did after it lol
Result:No Brick

DIOS MIOS won't brick your Wii, but you won't be able to launch retail gamecube discs. DIOS MIOS is easy to reverse, just install a default MIOS WAD.

WADs can be dangerous, but if you follow that guide by the letter, you'll be fine.
