Hacking Dios Mios question!!

Probably asked a bunch, but I'm new to all this, so..

Firstly I softmodded my wii, I then got an external HDD and formatted it to FAT32 @ 32k Cluster with EASEUS, then I Added my wii backups to a wbfs folder, and they work flawlessly...

now, I installed the latest Dios Mios, I installed the WAD in IOS236 I believe..
I used DMToolBox to convert my iso image of "Eternal Darkness - Sanity's req" Europe so I believe it to
be PAL, I loaded up "USB Loader GX (I use this to load my wii backups)" and selected Gamecube games ..

sure enough the game is there, so I click it to run it... and I get the infamous blackscreen, I have no idea how to fix this issue..
I live in canada and believe I need the NTSC version, but the PAL works with audio streaming it would seem, and so I want to get that one working, am I SOL because its PAL?

or am I missing something small that fixes all my problems?
