I've been trying for 2 days to get my wii to run gamecube games i'm running out of options please help

Yeah sorry for the lack of detail it was pretty late when I Posted this
I followed this guide 100% http://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-play-gamecube-games-off-a-usb-hdd.329628/ my problem is it seems like nothing can read my usb if its in fat32 If I use it in the wbfs format it reads my wii games but since I cant put GC iso's on a wbfs formatted drive Ive been trying to use Wiiflow and CFG neither work

That guide is old and not updated and focus/force user to use a single program.

The latest version of DIOS MIOS (or DIOS MIOS Lite) is 2.10

If fat32 is not working, it's probably inside the loader you tried to use (CFG? Wiiflow?)
The guide you followed doesn't tell you all the possibilities you have to play gamecube games, it's limiting it to the one preferred by the user writing the guide.
Did you try DMBooter?

When you say nothing can read it, do you mean the Homebrew channel too?
try to create an /apps/ folder and place homebrew there, and tell HBC to display USB instead of SD.
try to use WiiMC or Wiixplorer to mount and browse the HDD.
If your HDD is really not compatible, then these applications will not find it either. Try another HDD.
