Hacking Dios Mios Not Working

2.my hdd is already the first one as i tested it on another wii and its working (which is fresh new formatted korean wii with system menu 4.2u softmodded with modmii)
3.i tried using only ISO insted of DiscEX but the wii doesnt even show it ... do i have to rename the game to game.iso ??
4.i dont have to try USBGX as i said i tried my hdd with another wii so everything is fine with my hdd

there is something wrong with my wii i tried to format it and softmod it again with modmii but no use,
is the chip has something to do with this ?? i dont think so cuz i tried to take my other korean wii's drive and put it in my USA wii but no use still the same issue ..
i guess im out of choices except one thing , my other Korean wii (which is working with dios mios) is on wii system menu 4.2u and the other one (which is not working) is on 4.3u
so i will try to downgrade it as it is my last hope , i have no idea why this is not working for my other wii
the only thing that keeps me wonder that the flash drive is working for me but the hdd not !!!

(PS: i have tried 2 kinds of hdd's (WD 1TB & ADATA 500GB)

EDIT: ok so today a used cfg usbloader and loaded a gamecube game, black screen comes up so i gave it some time around 40 seconds to 1.5 mintues and then dios mios logo came up and loads the game..
so why the hell does it take some time to load ??? my korean wii doesnt do that it loads right away ... am i missing something ? is there a cIOS that I'm unaware of??? or my is wii dying ???

if you use the ISO, you need "game.iso" and "disc2.iso" filename (not the game's title.iso or gameid.iso)

It seems very long to acknowledge the USB device.
Do you have this problem for other homebrew too? (Wii games, WiiMC, etc.)

I would think it's caused by the HDD itself (being long to spinup/initialize), but you said it work fast on another Wii so it's something to do with your console. maybe the USB ports are not from the same manufacturer, use different hardware, etc.
I don't know why it's long on this wii, sorry.

Edit: ok so today i tried using cfg usbloader again and when i press on the game the black screen comes up i gave it some time around 1.5 minutes then dios mios logo shows up and loads the game .
so why the hell does it take some time to work ?? with my korean wii it loads right away, please Advice!!!
