No mp3. Convert the mp3's to .wav format with a free convertor program. I recommend switch audio convertor. Either that or "rip" your disk again in the proper format.

Ah makes sense, where would I get old revisions of DML? Or alternatively what could I used instead of NeoGamma?
I believe this will do the trick for you -----> http://code.google.com/p/usbloader-gui/issues/detail?id=1769#c3015 ..... You want the R1204 that has the link there. That is USB Loader GX which supports DIOS MIOS.
Your issue is with NeoGamma not DML, in fact I don't even think NeoGamma runs Dios Mios off USB at all, anyway I recommend getting DML Booter if you wanna keep NeoGamma for playing Wii games, DML Booter is by far the best and easiest booter to run Dios Mios, only problem is it doesn't run Wii games (and it doesn't have nice visual effects) an alternate booter is USB-Loader GX, make sure to get the latest .dol file not the channel because it hasn't been updated for a while and doesn't support the latest Dios Mios, I always use USB-Loader GX with no problems!

Edit: Forgot to mention, both DML Booter and USB-Loader GX run from either the hard drive or SD card, whichever you prefer!
If you guys are going to suggest other loaders that can use DM 2.0 and higher, it would be fair to not only mention USB loader GX.

finaleshed, other GOOD alternatives are Wiiflow and CFG USB loader, look them up and then make your decision.

cfg usb loader is pretty reliable but lacks a lot of features. and wiiflow constantly has a shitload of glitches. probably why most people use GX

Why you get the heat glitch on DIOS MIOS as well? I thought it would play it as good as your retail game that you used to back it up with....There is a code you can put in on Dolphin that zooms the camera in so you dont see it , but honestly if I recall it wasnt worth it and the segment was really fast where it occured anyways....But thats weird that it does it on DIOS MIOS I would have thought it treated it as the real deal.

I thought that, too, that's why I ask here if someone had the same issue and knows how to solve it, because before DM, I was playing it on disc and it worked fine. I've tested it with several video configurations but none of them seemed to work. I'll try deactivating widescreen, although I think it is off, but i'll check. Another thing that I tried was reinstalling the game using the install feature on USBLoader GX, but the glitch is still there.

Quick question for anyone who knows ... when you compile and get the ELF file, is that file the same as the second APP file that gets installed to NAND or is there more to it than that?

No, you still need to run another process.

In the beginning, there was a PC application included in the distribution called fixelf.exe to inject that elf file to the 0000000c.app (taken from decrypting MIOSv10 WAD content).

Now, you could do a similar approach, but you need to use 00000001.app taken from decrypting DIOSMIOS WAD content. And you need to use the modified version of fixelf, called fixelfmod.exe.

In case you want to try playing with DIOSMIOS codes:
For real nand user, the command to use fixelfmod is
fixelfmod 00000001.app diosmiosfile.elf temp.app
then rename the temp.app file to 00000001.app for replacing the one in the DIOSMIOS WAD folder and then pack
the WAD back for testing (and accepting the risk of installing WAD to your NAND).

Hope that helps.

Thanks, that's good to know.
I was just trying to see how the code lined up with the APP as well as see what kinds of alternate loading methods I could get working for a MIOS. I'm still just barely looking into it but I'm hoping something will come of this.

Is anyone else having problems with booting games post DIOS MIOS 2.4 with the Progressive Patch option enabled? Ever since I upgraded to 2.5 (and then to 2.6) I just get a hang on green or black screen when the Progressive Patch option is enabled.

Edit:
I see Maxternal is/was? having this same issue (#3433 posted on Nov. 16 - http://gbatemp.net/threads/dios-mios-lite.329342/page-172#post-4468560).

Surely others have noticed this issue. I really miss the Progressive Patch feature. It really made Skies of Arcadia look noticeably better.

Yeah, I particularly like it because I have a lot of out-of-region games for the extra language options but my TV's hate PAL. The progressive patch USED to fix that perfectly. We can't be the only ones with this problem.

I'm wondering if changing the cluster size on my external lower might help with some of my gamecube games not working. Currently I have my external set to 32kb clusters. Input appreciated.
