hello im trying to get dios mios working on my 4.3 soft modded wii, when i try to load a game from the usb it loads the disc in the drive instead how do i go about fixing this? thanks in advance for any help/advice
1. im using the latest version of usb loader gxFirst off, what USB Loader and rev are you using?
2.do you have D2X installed on your wii for usb loading?
3. what game?
how do i update to v8 of d2x? and i just updated usb loader gx to r1200 ios 249 i can also do a syscheck if you need me too i just have to remember how to save it to my sd cardtry ugrading to v8 of d2x and by latest version do you mean v1200 or somthing different, also I just thought of this are you using DIOS MIOS v2.0 or v2.2+ if the second one, make sure your loader is set to regonize it as 2.2 or above in the loader settings.
quick question before i move on i ran the installer and installed to 249 should i install it to any of the others on the screen aswell?According to the readme of D2X when you download it from: http://code.google.c...nal.zip&can=2

if DIOS MIOS runs correctly, you will get a GC logo with DIOS MIOS written under it.
Also, now that the wii is set up properly, did you run the iso through crediar's discex program to set the isos correctly

Unless you have a very specific dvd drive, you'll have to use your wii to rip them and that program is for gc games only btw.I don't know what base if you mean iOS it's 249, I also have been trying to use games I installed to my USB hd using USB loader gx but I guess I need to back them up to ISO and use the program you linked too, how do I go about backing them up on windows 7?
