Gaming Dillon's Dead-heat Breakers text error

I downloaded my copy from that shop and I'm having the error where every text is replaced by $$ text empty $$
Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having same problem, and using the Luma Language patch didn't change anything. I'm using EUR New 3DS.

For Fix it:

Create a file named locale.txt in /luma/titles/00040000001cf300 containing the contents:

USA EN

Activate Luma Patch emulation booting 3ds while pressing SELECT

This will fix $$TEXT EMPTY$$ error

From an update, the location of the files has changed. I recommend using the Luma Location / Language Changer.
