Oh yeah Changes will not take full effect unless you reboot your wii after installing the app.

if i insert a game (backup or original) in my wii, the screnn change and became white and when i press HOME e became black (the game is zelda and resident evil 4 wii edition) Help me Please.

p.s. the language of the wii (pal) is english. I'am italian

i'm PAL, am running the Alpha, and i'm inserting Resident Evil 4 Wii, into my Wii and its working perfect apart from the blurry disc channel which is not us, the original is like that as DD said...

have you been messing with your system much?
did u install the correct file? our you sure your 3.2? although our tool works with any sysmenu version the images are taken and edited from a 3.2 sys menu.

i use 3.2 sys menu, in fact i have installed softmii v0.9.5

In preloader systemhacks do you have the "force disc region" enable if so disable it.
also it shoud be set to autoboot: Systemmenu.

Also the IOS reloading hack can cause problems with some games. This is why the cios corp pack was used instead of just the ios hack. IOS reloading is what was causing most compatability issues with gamma, that weren't video mode related. Disable any region or ios hacks in preloader. all of the hacks for region free come from arc. preloader is used to skip update check, remove no copys, move disc channel, etc. Using any region or IOS settings may cause issues.

I also been trying to completely redesing the System menu, but I keep getting errors.

tru its a pain in the ass to figure out what formats to use etc. not to mention half the images dont apply how you would expect them to logically. give me a pm and ill give you a few pointers while im still hacking and working on a guide for changing stuff.

Hani strange, if you are just replacing the health screens you should be fine... what method are you using to do it? overwriting the health.ash or using u8pack to inject the new .tpl's?

Tried both. The final file I'm getting is also bigger (15.5mb) than the original

Where does it fail? Installing the WAD, are you getting a ret error?

if your final size is comming out different then it is most likely one of a few things
1. your healthscreen image is not a 32bit bmp of the proper size prior to injection
2. your injection didnt take properly
3. You are using u8tool to repack your ash file, this is a nono
4. you are leaving an extracted folder in existence
5. Your using tpledit instead of gally's tpl prog

im installing 0000...45.apps, it says it cant read it
