Homebrew Difficulty getting SNES CIAs to work on N3DS

Has anyone reading this got a working method to get a SNES ROM into a CIA that uses the virtual console on the N3DS? I have not got this working yet. The tool I have tried to use for the conversion is called New Super Ultimate Injector 3DS (beta 27) and it works fine for GameBoy and NES ROMs, but not SNES ROMs.

Does your SNES roms work at all? Could be corrupted without even knowing, try testing them on a emulator first.
