Hacking Difficulties booting rxTools without using the browser

As I'm sure most of you know, booting rxTools via the web browser is a pain, mostly due to it not working without internet. I first tried to install the MSET exploit, I successfuly downgraded the cia and ran rxinstaller.bin, but whenever I go to the DS Profile, the system crashes back to the home screen of sysNand instead of booting into emuNand. After many unsuccessful trys, I gave up on that. I then tried the launcher for ninjhax. I ran it, and it said "Successfully Installed", but it gave a black screen when booting into emunand, and now it just displays a black screen after a loading rxtools screen goes by. Does anyone know why neither of these options work for me? OLD 3DS Sysnand 9.2, Emunand 10.3, CFW: Rxtools (also I have MiniPasta)

So for the black screen, does it kick you back to the Home Menu?

I've heard of this issue before, but I don't know how to fix it. You're best off asking in the rxTools thread instead of making new threads for this purpose, in a brand new thread, you're more likely to be ignored.

Wait a second @nobody231 I tried the MSET exploit again and I see now, it does kick me back to the homescreen. the ninjhax one does not though.

That means that you've booted into EmuNAND! See, rxTools autoboots you into EmuNAND, so for beginners, it's hard to tell if you're even in EmuNAND. But check the version in the System Settings. You should see something a little different

Huh, then something else is happening. Did you unlink your NAND or something?

If you did so recently, that's why. Unlinking the NANDs will format one of the NANDs. So in this case, it's probably the EmuNAND. If you did so a while ago, though, then I have no clue.

I unlinked it first thing when I installed rxtools. I can still access emunand via the web browser, but that's very inconvenient because I use my 3ds while offline a lot.

Then that's really odd. Go check things out in the rxTools thread, more people can help you there!
