Well that's just it, its only text/color edits. The op is asking for an entire UI written from scratch, from theme to icon space layout

Once Sighax comes to fruition this'll be even easier since we'll be able to just completely replace the home menu with our own self-signed CIAs.

as im not really into the coding of 3ds or any kind of console, i dont know what is possible. and what kind of acces hackers need to actually make it possible.

therefor i asked, also there are always people going into rage mode acting at the strangest ways to judge the OP

anyway, i got my answer, it's being looked at and i will keep an eye on the development.
