Gaming Different region eShop game on PAL 3DS?

Hello guys,

i have a german 3DS XL on 9.9 with Ironfall installed. I want to play the game Mercenaries Saga 2, which has never been released in germany because of the missing USK rating.
Is there any way to get this game working on my 3DS?

No. Only with FW 9.2 and lower.

if u have out of region cartridge games u can play by using ironhax
