So, you called Nintendo and they told you that this ban, your first ban, is permanent? Only to be sure.

I said this in another thread: wait! I dont think they will tell now that it is 15 day, maybe the support doesn't know, maybe its changing.
It would not be clever to tell now that it is 15 day only and also it is not clever to make it rly perma.

Also keep in mind that support guys are humans. They can be wrong, make a mistake, etc.

I called them earlier to see why I was banned and they said I got banned for using unauthorized software and the ban is permanent. They referred me to the ToS and pretty much told me nothing can be done.

It may be as @Hakairo said, but for the moment we must asume that this is real, and take it as a official information. You should have said this before.

No. This ban the 3DS to access anything related to the NNID, not the NNID itself.
