Hacking Differences between Vita/MolecularShell?

I'm a little confused on what the differences between these are. I think Molecular is a fork of Vita, but I've heard some places say to use Vita instead. What are the pros/cons and which one is better overall?

Vita shell has more features. Flow has been adding things here and there. You can Dump game carts, decrypt games, mount USBs, change app theme, and other features with vita shell. Gotta have molecular shell to install vpks like vita shell so it's included in Henkaku. Just check out the vita shell github to see all vitashell offers
