I know that the m3i zero has been delayed since the new r4 is releasing but what is the difference between m3i zero and a top class flashcart?

The m3i Zero pretty much is top class. I would have to say right now M3, Cyclo, and Acekard are the top class flashcarts since the r4 died.

    lulwut?

M3 Real is one of the best flashcards, and the best for media.
AceKard is the undesputed top, with SuperCard coming behind it (and its popuar, better GUI clone CycloDS)

Wait...quick question...where did you get information of a new r4 delaying the m3i zero? I don't see why a new r4 clone would delay the m3i zero...
