I've played all of the kingdom hearts games except for BBS and I want to replay my old ones but want to play the final mixes of them. So what exactly is the difference and are final mixes out in English or are there translations of them?

they are similar to the final fantasy international versions SE makes, in general there is a slight bit more content such as bonus bosses and new cut scenes not in the original versions.
the only real down side to final mix versions of KH series games is that all text is in Japanese but voice overs are in English.

I think there's more. Like, the KH characters have longer lives than the normal KH ones.
When will the makers of Kingdom Hearts Final Mixes change the text in English?

Taken straight from the first page that comes up from a simple google search: site
And don't forget the 95% English patch by Truthkey. Here: link to patch

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix features changes from the original version, including bosses present in the English version, but not in the original Japanese version. Other changes include recoloring Heartless and introducing new Heartless, new weapons, new enemies, new abilities, new cutscenes, Gummi Ship missions, new Ansem Reports, and a new secret movie.

The start screen was replaced with another drawing of Sora, hooded and holding a flag. On the start screen, a trailer for Final Fantasy X-2 is accessible, labeled as a "Special Movie" as a third option after "New Game" and "Load Game". The game has three difficultly levels, the first being Final Mix: Beginner. Final Mix: Beginner gives the player a Ribbon, an EXP Chain, 8 Power Ups, 8 Guard Ups and 4 AP Ups at the start, and neither of the secret movies can be seen. The Drill Gummi's Attack Power is 9,999, instead of 35. The second difficulty is simply "Final Mix", analogous to Standard from the previous game, but not the exact same. The Gummi Ship takes double the damage from the original version and damage inflicted by the player is cut by a third. The last option is Final Mix: Proud, a greater challenge than Expert from the original game. The Gummi Ship's attack is reduced further to a half, and damage is four times. A "Battle Report" is shown at the end.

Another new feature includes an Event Skip option, allowing the player to skip cutscenes already seen. Sora is modified to become transparent when camera situations force.

Bosses

The new bosses included "Unknown", who was introduced with no context and later revealed to be Xemnas, leader of Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts II. Also added were "palette swap" bosses for the Olympus Coliseum: Destroyed Behemoth, Arch Behemoth, Red Armor, and Sneak Army. New to the Japanese were bosses included in the English version: Sephiroth, Ice Titan, and Kurt Zisa.

Enemies

Most Heartless are recolored and several new ones are added:

* Chimaera
* Gigas Shadow
* Grand Ghost
* Stealth Soldier
* Pot Scorpion
* Pink Agaricus
* Jet Balloon
* Missile Diver
* Sniper Wild
* Black Ballade
* Neoshadow

Weapons

Two new weapons were added for each main character. These serve as 'secondary ultimates', with one having more power than the regular ultimate weapon (Ultima Weapon, Save the King, and Save the Queen) usually with an MP reduction, while the other has more Magic potential with low physical capabilities.

* Sora's Keyblades: One Winged Angel and Diamond Dust.
* Donald's Staves: Meteor Strike and Fantasista.
* Goofy's Shields: Massive Bumper and Seven Elements.

Abilities

Ten new abilities were added:

* Slapshot
* Sliding Dash
* Stun Impact
* Gravity Break
* Ripple Drive
* Hurricane Period
* Zantetsuken
* Leaf Bracer
* Tech Up
* Encounter Up

Accessories
Along with some minor changes to three existing accessories, the following new accessories were added:

* Firagun Wrist
* Blizzagun Wrist
* Thundagun Wrist
* Black Ring
* Moogle Badge
* Cosmic Arts
* Royal Crown
* Premium Cap
* Ifrit Belt
* Shiva Belt
* Ramuh Belt
* EXP Bracelet
* EXP Earring
* EXP Chain
* EXP Ring

Cutscenes

Several new cutscenes were added. The first, shown after Sora ends up in Traverse Town, has Riku lost in Hollow Bastion, calling out for his friends and Maleficent looking on. Another, played after Sora speaks to Kairi in the underground waterway in Traverse Town, showed Riku lost in the Realm of Darkness after Ansem, Seeker of Darkness took his body. There, he is assisted by King Mickey who reveals that he has the realm's Keyblade. An optional cutscene was a confrontation between Cloud and Sephiroth, seen after the player defeats Sephiroth. Cutscenes were provided for Unknown, using spliced voice acting for Sora and Goofy, but shaking text on a black screen for Unknown.

A minor cutscene was also added near the start of the game on the second day on Destiny Islands, where it is revealed that the lucky charm Kairi makes out of thalassa shells is the Oathkeeper charm she later gives to Sora.

These new cutscenes connect to the story in the Kingdom Hearts Novels more accurately.

* Another Side, Another Story [deep dive]
* Gummi Ship Missions
* Three more Ansem Reports

The one is above is KH1 Final Mix but I posted the Birth by Sleep English patch.
Here's the English patch again: patch

Here's where to get all the info on the Final Mix differences: Kingdom Hearts Wikia
There's a link at the top that says "Remakes and Other Titles" that lists all the Final Mix differences.

Here is Birth by Sleep Final Mix.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix is a reissue of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep for the Sony Playstation Portable (PSP). Most plot and gameplay elements will be the same, and the game will also include the features added to the North American and European versions of the game. Much like its predecessors, Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix will combine English voice-overs with Japanese text and controls.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix was officially confirmed for release on September 14, 2010, a week after the North American release of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It was first announced in the September 13 issue of Weekly Sh?nen Jump magazine. The game was released January 20, 2011.

New features

Several new changes and features have been made to expand on the original Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. Many of the changes were introduced in the international releases of the game, but several are unique to this release.

* Critical Mode has been added as a Difficulty Level.
* All Unversed have been given new color schemes. For example, the Flood is now purple instead of blue.
* The Sticker Album and its related quest have been added, though several of the rewards have been modified from the international release.
* The Rhythm Mixer Command Style has been added. It is musical-themed, and requires the player to press button prompts for the finisher.
* The Unison Rush, Voltage Stack, Illusion commands have been added.
o The Illusion commands are obtained by completing Battle Missions, which can be found throughout the worlds as floating orbs emblazoned with the Unversed emblem, similar to that of the Vanitas Remnant. Each Battle Mission has its own rules and win requirements.
* Characters in certain cutscenes, including ones on the Destiny Islands with Sora and Riku, are given higher quality facial animations.
* The Skull Board has been added as a Command Board.
* Pete has been added as a Dimension Link.
* The Castle Circuit track has been added to Rumble Racing.
* The "Destiny Islands" song has been added to Ice Cream Beat.
* The Vanitas Remnant drops the Void Gear.
* The Unknown appears as a boss, and drops the No Name.
* Armor of the Master, Monstro, and No Heart appear as bosses of the three new Mirage Arena battles, "Mentor of Light", "Monster of the Deep", and "Machinations unto Darkness", respectively.
o The "Monster of the Deep" battle is made up of a timed stage where the player can attack Monstro directly, and an acid-filled stage within Monstro's belly where the player is sent once the two minutes run out. The player must defeat the Unversed within Monstro to escape and try to damage Monstro further.
o Beating the "Machinations unto Darkness" Mirage Arena match grants the player a new Keychain, the Crown Unlimit.
* A new secret scene named "A fragmentary passage" has been introduced, in contrast to the secret movies seen in previous games. In the "Secret Episode", the player can actually control the characters that appear, rather than just watching the scene as a bystander.

While not part of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, a code released with the game can be input into Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy to receive a Kingdom Hearts-based alternate costume for Cloud.
