I never did but I remember that back during the A9LH days the installer would brick the system if the system as shut off or closed during the install process.

No never I think it is past my pay grade.
Messing with the NAND and stuff. So it probably will never happen. I MIGHT look, but i DEFIANTLY wont TOUCH. If it looks like I might break it and it will be bricked. If its not broke then am not going to try to fix it, or I might BRICK it.
You know the whole LBDT thing. Look But Don't Touch.

I've frequently trashed the software on my testing O3DSXL.
Downgrades, forced shutdown during update, uninstall CFW with vital components changed, deleting system titles. Overwriting FIRM0 and FIRM1 with trash and changing NSCD header – both resulting in 8046 BOOTROM ERROR.

And all this for testing and trying out mistakes people made.
All one can say is: ntrboot is a blessing.
