Hey been pimping out my new 2ds xl with all my top choices games

Of course I've nearly filled my SD with titles and very little Sav files..

Also I was wondering if a modded ds account is transferred to a new system would all games copy or would the new ds not see them has real..

I'm wondering because if Nintendo release a new Gen handheld if it will be marketed to be able to do this, and would the FC hack trick a new machine?

I cannot answer your first question, but as for your second, the new "DS" system would not see them as real or legitimately obtained. I don't know the technical details about it, but I can say from personal experience of transferring data from a 2DS to a "New" 3DS will not transfer anything not purchased legitimately on the eShop.
