Homebrew Question devkit problem

I'm trying to install devkitpro's switch development kit but i get this error:

whats the deal? i tried signing up in the devkitpro forums but for some reason it doesn't let me sign up so that's why i'm posting this here

Try pinging the address, its timing out either because server is busy, or ypur connection to it is bad.

i think that's normal , is there a way to download it externally and use that ?
