Also, Beetle PSX is available as a LibRetro core on the Switch, but we know its totally unforgettable speed by now. JIT could speed it up by a sizable margin, though, but we don't know how it's going to be implemented yet.

Played PSP emulator on my Galaxy S8 wirh the phone sitting on top of the switch.

For lakka if it has audio support and battery fix I’ll gonna install it immediately.

Tried getting the PSX emulator via the hb appstore. Launching it just keeps it at a grey screen. Any ideas what i'm missing?

As Catman said, the PSX in the store is quite old, like months ago, so expect it to be buggy as hell and/or not work at all sometimes. Besides, the FPS were below 10 or so iirc.

Better just wait until it's recompiled with newest libtransistor, or better yet, with libnx.

Yup, Rearmed should work out of the gate, seeing how it is ARM-aimed
Still, it's damn amazing to see progress with libnx, I'm more than happy with how things are going in the RA NX frontend

I like libNX because it has JIT support which is good.
I wish for getting vulkan or at least OpenGL for enhancing emulators

Yep, libnx seems more feature rich and more stable atm, can't wait when GPU gets implemented into it.
JIT and OpenGL/Vulkan would give us the required boost to achieve 3D emulation

You’re absolutely right. After getting this stuff implemented. It’ll be just matter of time to get dolphin and ppsspp on horizon. I’m also wishing to get damon ps2 on switch. (This is a ps2 emu on android).

We’ll gonna see the ultimate portable device.

The Nintendo Switch will include:

1-Nes
2-snes
3-gba/gc
4-sega genesis/mega drive/dreamcast/saturn
5-n64
6-psx
7-ppsspp
8-dolphin emu (after getting vulkan or OpenGL)
9-damon ps2 (hopefully)
And much more.

Imagine we can play all this emulators on one portable device.
Amazing.....

ive had to do this like 3 times its annoying lol. do you use the mount sd in tegrarcm? might be from homebrew crashing. trying to figure it out
