can i get some details bout how that works? so if i back my switch up , get banned, then restore, am i off the hook? also does restoring it turn ur switch back to 100% what it was before?

No you can't unban yourself by restoring your nand back up and yes a nand back up can save you from almost every brick.

Depends on the ban. If it's a cdn ban then nope you can't link an account anymore and one way around that is using kefir updater.
