Hacking DESmuMEWii “Error Loading ROM”

Here’s the deal:

1. After selecting USB on DESmuMEWii, it tells me that it had an error loading a rom, and sends me back to the Homebrew launcher.

2. The DS folder is in the root of the drive.

Any help?

Yeah don't expect anything to really run well enough, even on Wii U using Wii U clock speeds desmume is still pretty slow and buggy
