I was just wondering if it was possible to delete a CIA game update and how I would go about that....

I just deleted the pokemon updates using data management in sys settings. My problem now is i get an error when i try to download the new ones legit from eshop. I'm guessing its to do with the fake ticket installed from the cia, i've made a thread about it.

I'm currently using CIA files for my games instead of .3ds/.3dz files. When I need to update a game to play online, I have to use a patch.cia file.
So when I installed MH4U.cia with Big Blue Menu, I then have to patch it with MH4U-patchv1.1.cia with Big Blue Menu again to play online.

I don't know for sure what extdata is either, but my guess is that it's the "extra data" that some games ask to save to the SD. I could be 100% wrong though, it's just a guess.
