Hacking Defective batch of Supercard DSTWOs

I've been reading around before I buy a flashcard and I saw many posts talking about a bad batch of DSTWOs that didn't play on 3DSs. Is this problem still prevalent?

Also, what is a good reputable place to buy the card? nds-card.com?

Realhotstuff.com They ship from New Jersey fast and for a reasonable price. Also they have an excellent track record. Currently there is no bad batch of DSTwo's in circulation (if there ever was in the first place which is highly unlikely).

www.nds-card.com is GBATemp sponsored site so I dont think you should have any problems with that site. So if you get a defective DSTWO Im sure they will give you a refund or exchange.

It's not unlikely, it was a very real problem at one point.

You probably aren't going to get a bad one from a reliable place like realhotstuff or nds-card now, but some random fly by night place or individual, who knows, they might try to unload a bad one on an unsuspecting buyer now and then.
