Hacking Default Psp stick with no folders

So today i got my psp with the cfw: psp 6.60 me 1.8
the problem now is: the stick has absolutly no folders

so what can i do to get to the folders ?
can someone also give me pls the link for the latest cfw update ?

Here is the latest CFW. Also, if you just go into the PSP's settings and have it format your memory card (be sure to backup anything you want to keep, first), it will create all needed (and even some unneeded) directories.
