Hacking Decrypt9 and Homebrewchannel

Hi guys,
I used Decrypt9WIP to unban my 3DS on pokemon moon but now I want to use Phkex to level up some mons.
I saw we need to use homebrewchannel for that and there is a problem when I launch my 3DS I don't have anymore a purple screen who gave me the possibility to go to HBC, what I need to do ?

Ok first off, you have to explain your set up. a9lh or menuhax?

if you used decrypt9, and dont have a menuhax boot manager, im guessing you either have a9lh or are booting straight into cfw with menuhax. either way, best option would be to install the hbl loader cia and load it from there.
