I want decompile an .3dsx for make changes into the homebrew app and recompile after again.
Do you know how?

I dont think it can be done. which application do you want to modify? Isn't it open source?

Decompiling isn't a walk in the park, if it's possible at all. You're better off trying to get a hold of the sourcecode. I can't think of any noteable 3DS homebrew that's not opensource.

RPG_Maker.3dsx of Rinnegatamante.
I'd like to view the code for make an game using these base.
 
I'm not going to erase the splashscreen. I'd like to add more :(

If you want to add something, just edit index script.
Obviously i'm not going to give any support for its modification cause the core is not yet finished neither stable. (Don't see a good motivation to use RPG Maker 3DS core instead of vanilla lpp-3ds which is well documented and fully stable.)
